QB Net Co., Ltd. operates the 10-minute haircut salon QB House in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and New York. With Mr. Matsumoto, the class discussed how QB House created its new strategic positioning and responded to its competitors' imitations. QB House is the winner of the Porter Prize 2017, an award organized by Hitotsubashi ICS.
